The leader of a Brazilian traditionalist movement that was praised in the past two pontificates has resigned...Mgr João Scognamiglio Clá Dias, the founder and now ex-leader of the Heralds of the Gospel, can be seen in the video saying that the devil had told the Heralds priest that Francis was “my man." Satan said Francis is “stupid” and does “everything I want”, Clá Dias says.
But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach a gospel to you besides that which we have preached to you, let him be anathema. As we said before, so now I say again: If any one preach to you a gospel, besides that which you have received, let him be anathema.
I think when St. Paul, personally chosen by Christ, repeats himself in such a clear way we should all stop and pay attention. The Apostle wanted to make it clear: the Faith isn't going to change. We are presenting it to you. Do not allow yourselves to be deceived.
The heavenly logic behind building the Church on a rock - of faith, of Truth, of stability, on the person of St. Peter - led to the Faith surviving and being triumphant over all of its enemies in antiquity. The Gospel was logical, demanding, historically verifiable, consistent with its Judaic roots, consistent with natural law and fulfilled in the person of Christ.
Christ planted the vineyard and the vineyard flourished. We are seeing an undoing of large parts of that work today because the purported leaders of the Church today are using the exact opposite methods that built the Church from scratch: Confusion. Deception. Ungodliness. Corruption. Lies.
This article, this nuclear bomb on paper, was printed by a friendly outlet to Francis and current leadership. Read it. Just read it.
There is a lot of editorializing near the end which would be unfair to attribute to Francis. Thomas Reese, SJ, is a homosexual and heretic. His words are corrupted to the core by the disgusting life that he has chosen for himself. He is trying to scandalize you.
So let us focus on what Francis actually did say: that the Eucharist should be shared with those in a state of mortal sin who have not entered the Church. This belief in and of itself demonstrates that Francis does not enjoy the powers of the papacy. The sheer scandal of the purported leader of the Church desiring to defile the Body and Blood of Christ by sharing it with unrepentant sinners is enough for every faithful Catholic to recognize Francis as a wolf. Anyone familiar with how the early Church treated the Eucharist knows the gravity of what is being proposed here.
This subterfuge is not new. The statements on the papal plane ("Who am I to judge?") on gay people and the purported comments on God making people gay ("God made you this way") have made it almost impossible to express Church teaching on the root causes of homosexuality and thus a great many souls will be lost as a result.
Satan recognizes this truth: instead of formal heresy to be written in the magisterial documents a public utterance in this age of globalized communications wrecks just as much havoc, if not more so. While effeminate Catholics desperately cling to the fact that formal heresy has not been written in official documents Satan is busy counting all of the souls that he has destroyed.
I have spent a lot of time thinking about the lightning strikes that hit St. Peter's basilica in the hours after Benedict's resignation in 2013. I do not know what to make of it and I find myself in good company (Benedict didn't know what to make of it either, asking if the pictures were fake. This is a sad rationalization of a very smart man who knew exactly what was being said.)
I have read and watched the arguments that (Barnhardt, 2018) that Benedict is still the pope. I do not discount the possibility existing, but I cannot say for sure that it is true. I do know that the Church has been led by faithless men - first in the parishes and then in the Vatican - for much of the last 100 years. Society has deteriorated in a way that would be completely logical when the salt of the earth has lost its taste during that time.
I cannot tell you who possesses the full powers and protections (if anyone) at this time. I do not know. But what I do know is this: Francis does not possess those powers and is not protected by them.
My personal spiritual life doesn't change by this news. I am expected to perform spiritual and corporal acts of mercy, pray, confess my sins, teach the Faith, guide my family, etc. I will continue to do so because the Faith hasn't changed since St. Paul preached it along the Mediterranean so long ago. And it certainly cannot and will not be changed by Jorge Bergoglio.
