Are We Seeing the Prophesied "Hour of the Church?" Henry Edward Cardinal Manning Has Something to Say

“It is the last hour: and as you have heard that Antichrist cometh: even now there are become many Antichrists: whereby we know that it is the last hour. They went out from us; but they were not of us for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have remained with us.”

- 1 John 2:18-19

The only real way to test prophecy is to hold it accountable for the predictions it makes.

The only real way to measure the veracity of analysis that was made in the past is to...check if that analysis has borne out with time.

That is why, for example, I wrote that the extended version of the La Salette prophecies could be safely put into the "not true" category. I came to that conclusion because there had been definitive dates put to certain prophecies that failed to materialize. Prophecies/apparitions from God are 100% accurate. If they aren't, they are not from God. Simple, right?

Another example is this popular book published by Sophia Press that purports to faithfully transcribe a series of talks given by a French priest in the 1880's. Susan Conroy, the woman who is credited as co-author, is a very....post-concillar...Catholic (I have an email correspondence with her that is laughably everything you would expect from a Vatican II Catholic) and for some reason the book has been picked up in traditionalist circles. That's too bad, because it contains a series of prophecies that have turned out to be false, makes no mention of the apostasy that we are currently living through and teaches the heresy of millennialism (that Jesus will return, reign for 1000 years and then the Devil will come back and then Jesus will finally, officially return for a third time) that has been condemned by the Church numerous times.

I have found a document, however, that has stood the test of time.

It is a series of lectures given by Henry Edward Cardinal Manning in the late 19th century. It has been published under several names - "The Pope and the Antichrist" being the most popular. Here are all four lectures in full. It is accurate. It is prescient. It meets every test we should look for in terms of discerning the truth and rejecting falsehood.

The Triangle That is Transforming Our Society Into this Hellish State

It's not enough to look at the general breakdown of society, culture, economic activity and diagnose that things are breaking down (which they clearly are). A diagnoses as to why they are breaking down is in order.

Here is my theory, sticking entirely to the secular realm.

I volunteered for "conservative" political parties throughout high school and most of college. Eventually I got to work at the headquarters of campaigns during election time, and so I got a fair introduction to how campaigns worked and the process that goes into getting a message out.

No Francis, We Are Not All Children of God - Demonstrating a Favorite Modernist Anti-Catholic Rhetorical Trick

One of the most prevalent modernist rhetorical tricks, especially visible since Vatican II, is to call each and every human being a "child of God."
Francis did this again today:

The worst sinners, the wickedest people, the most corrupt leaders, they are children of God, and Jesus feels this and intercedes for everyone.

Compare that with this:

He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, he gave them power to be made the sons of God, to them that believe in his name. (St. John 1:14)

Francis words are 100% diametrically opposed to Catholic teaching. It fundamentally disregards the theology behind original sin, the sacraments (especially baptism) and the very words of Christ himself.

We are not all children of God. If we listen to God and follow his commandments we are children of God; if we follow our own sinful inclinations and natures we are children of the devil. This is perfectly clear in Sacred Scripture (see below). Notice how every single time the phrase of concept of children of God is used it relates to ether obedience or having died in a state of grace. It is never used to describe people doing evil; for those people scripture always uses "children of darkness" or something similar.

The modernists do this because it allows them to disregard the necessity of conversion to the Catholic Faith.

Neither can they die any more: for they are equal to the angels, and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection. -
[St. Luke 20:36]

And I say to you that many shall come from the east and the west, and shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven: But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into the exterior darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
[Matthew 8:11-12]

For you are all the children of God by Faith, in Christ Jesus.
[Galatians 3:26]

For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
[Romans 8:14]

And every spirit that dissolveth Jesus, is not of God: and this is Antichrist, of whom you have heard that he cometh, and he is now already in the world. You are of God, little children, and have overcome him.
[1 John 4:3-4]

For you are all the children of God by faith, in Christ Jesus.
[Galatians 3:26]

In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil. Whosoever is not just, is not of God, nor he that loveth not his brother.
[1 John 3:10]

In this we know that we love the children of God: when we love God, and keep his commandments.
[1 John 5:2]

For which things the wrath of God cometh upon the children of unbelief,
[Colossians 3:6]

Abp. Vigano Absolutely Nails It - On the Roots of the Problem....Vatican II

Interrupting my self-imposed period of quiet to post this. Please read this all. - jd

9 June 2020
Saint Ephrem

I read with great interest the essay of His Excellency Athanasius Schneider published on LifeSiteNews on June 1, subsequently translated into Italian by Chiesa e post concilio, entitled There is no divine positive will or natural right to the diversity of religions. His Excellency’s study summarizes, with the clarity that distinguishes the words of those who speak according to Christ, the objections against the presumed legitimacy of the exercise of religious freedom that the Second Vatican Council theorized, contradicting the testimony of Sacred Scripture and the voice of Tradition, as well as the Catholic Magisterium which is the faithful guardian of both.

The merit of His Excellency’s essay lies first of all in its grasp of the causal link between the principles enunciated or implied by Vatican II and their logical consequent effect in the doctrinal, moral, liturgical, and disciplinary deviations that have arisen and progressively developed to the present day. The monstrum generated in modernist circles could have at first been misleading, but it has grown and strengthened, so that today it shows itself for what it really is in its subversive and rebellious nature. The creature that was conceived at that time is always the same, and it would be naive to think that its perverse nature could change. Attempts to correct the conciliar excesses – invoking the hermeneutic of continuity – have proven unsuccessful: Naturam expellas furca, tamen usque recurret [Drive nature out with a pitchfork; she will come right back] (Horace, Epist. I,10,24). The Abu Dhabi Declaration – and, as Bishop Schneider rightly observes, its first symptoms in the pantheon of Assisi – “was conceived in the spirit of the Second Vatican Council” as Bergoglio proudly confirms.

Website/Social Media Hiatus Until Sometime Between July 1-14

Hi all, just a quick note. I will be on a website and social media hiatus until sometime between July 1-July 14.

I have a stack of books to read* (the list of books on queue at the end of this post) and weight to lose while the weather is nice (I had no problems accessing food during quarantine.)  I feel what you all are feeling re: current events. Culture and society can change incredibly quickly (recent example: gay marriage) except now it is being driven by third world trouble makers that we imported teaming up with our own homegrown despicable leftists. The news now is dark and I can't be of any help later on to anyone if my health/energy is failing, which it currently is.

I am unable to attend any chapel for either Mass OR private prayer and it does not look like it will be opening up any time soon. The Archdiocese of Toronto has completely abandoned us. Please say a prayer that Catholics here in Ontario will regain the liberty to worship soon. I will probably end up completing the sections of the website during this time that are currently under construction: Vatican II, Podcasts, YouTube and "How to Maintain Your Faith."

I will be checking my e-mails. I appreciate your friendship.

Reading List:

1.) The last book in the Benedict XVI "Jesus of Nazareth" trilogy
2.) How the Catholic Church Built Western Civilization
3.) True Devotion to Mary
4.) Churchill - Andrew Roberts
5.) A New World Begins - The History of the French Revolution
6.) A Time to Die - Monks on the Threshold of Eternal Life
7.) Iota Unum
8.) How to Converse Familiarly with God - St. Alphonsus Liguori

How to Return to the Church After Falling Away

There is nothing real stopping you from returning to the Catholic Church.

Nothing Real: In your mind you may have a hundred reasons for not returning to the Church. Most likely, you remember your sins. You remember that abortion you participated in, that false testimony you gave, that theft that you committed, that adulterous relationship that you had, that blasphemous statement about God that you made.

But none of those things are real reasons not to return.

Site Renovation

I ask you for your patience while we finish redesigning the website and adding functionality throughout. When I started this website in April 2019, with a basic template and google images, I had no idea that it would grow so quickly and be important to so many. So now we believe it is important to make the website as professional as possible. We are committed to doing so. I need another day or two to finish this work, so new articles will have to wait until that is done.

Some of the new design is already up. You can now read all posts in your native language by using the "translate" function on the right navbar (or bottom of the page if you are on mobile.) We are planning on adding a YouTube channel, a page dedicated to podcasts, a lot of new content, interviews and all of the other great content that you have come to expect.

We have been open for a year and the response from our readers has been overwhelming. I would like to extend my thanks to all of you. This is an incredibly difficult time to be doing this work and I could not get it done without all of your personal support.

This site is best viewed through the "desktop" version rather than the "mobile version." Please keep that in mind!

The Modern Catechism Completely Lies About the Signs that Precede the End of Times

But to Israel he saith: All the day long have I spread my hands to a people that believeth not, and contradicteth me.

- Romans 10:21

The Vatican II Church lies. They lie, and they lie, and they lie.

Here is another example.

The Vatican II Church teaches that Jesus Christ will not return to judge the world until "all of Israel," by which it means substantially the Jews, convert to Jesus.

"674 The glorious Messiah's coming is suspended at every moment of history until his recognition by "all Israel", for "a hardening has come upon part of Israel" in their "unbelief" toward Jesus.569 St. Peter says to the Jews of Jerusalem after Pentecost: "Repent therefore, and turn again, that your sins may be blotted out, that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, whom heaven must receive until the time for establishing all that God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets from of old."570 St. Paul echoes him: "For if their rejection means the reconciliation of the world, what will their acceptance mean but life from the dead?"571 The "full inclusion" of the Jews in the Messiah's salvation, in the wake of "the full number of the Gentiles",572 will enable the People of God to achieve "the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ", in which "God may be all in all".573"

This is NOT Catholic doctrine. This was conjured out of thin air post-holocaust to mollify the Jewish community. THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND DAMAGING BECAUSE THERE ARE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE WHO DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THE LORD CAN COME BACK UNTIL THE JEWS ACCEPT JESUS.
